[Indication]
1. For the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
2. For the treatment of adult patients with active psoriatic arthritis (PsA).
3. For the treatment of pediatric patients 2 years of age and older with active polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (polyJIA).
4. For the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease (CD).
