1. For the adjuvant treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R mutation.
2. For the first-line treatment of adults with metastatic or locally advanced NSCLC with EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R mutation.
3. For the treatment of adults with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC who have disease progression after treatment with EGFR-TKI and whose tumors are positive for EGFR T790M mutation.
